I attend Ed's classes in the morning, they're fun and he's a great instructor. Emma is also great, I always love her classes. She is knowledgeable and energetic and always makes her class fun
This is a great little gym. It is clean and has a good variety of machines and free weights. The option to ride Pelotons is super cool and the classes are fun.
Just beware of their fees! I’m a medical student traveling for school, so I only need four week gym memberships. I paid for a single month and the start up fee up front. Then a month later I saw an additional charge on my credit card. When I called to ask about it, they said I was set up for month-to-month. They cancelled it but could not refund that charge because I was “supposed to” pay “last month’s” fees when I signed up, but the employee did not charge me that. Had I known it would end up being $150 for a single month, I would not have signed up.
Good gym, but definitely a little iffy to charge a customer for an employee’s mistake after the fact!
Showed up for a free day trial run. What facilities I could access were very clean, equipment was modern, staff was very friendly and accommodating. If I move to Boise permanently, would definitely utilize this gym. Would recommend
The crew is awesome. The gym is super clean. I was impressed as everyone pitched in to clean up. The manager Austin had a rag in hand. Classes John and Austin teach are awesome. If you are downtown it is the best gym and a good networking spot. Say hello to Chris, Karly or Courtney at the front desk.
When I was given the tour of the gym I was taken away by how well the gym was taken care of. If you enjoy a clean and respectful environment as your gym setting, then this is the place. The locker rooms are full of amenities and they are improving their free weights! Gotta love a place that takes care of the customers and improves the business. Definitely recommend!!
